Save the Daylight!

March 11, 2015

Hi from McPopper Children’s Hospital! It’s Lily at the computer, and I hope your week is going really well! This weekend we moved the clocks forward one hour for Daylight Savings. Even though we lost one hour of sleep (which nobody really likes), we ended up gaining one more hour of sunlight in the evening hours. For me, I really like it when it stays lighter later into the night. Whether you can play outdoors longer after school, take a stroll after dinner, or maybe just keep your windows open slightly later, there’s something really nice about getting to enjoy a day that seems a bit longer.

Happy Daylight Savings! And don’t forget…have a critterrific sun-filled day!
